Half the entries name their film and half do not

Six entries include the movie in parentheses. Belle, Ariel, Yasmin, Elsa, Anna and Aurora all carry a title. The other six stand alone: Cinderella, Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Tiana, Snow White and Moana.

The split is not random. The labeled six mostly come from films whose title is not the character's name, so Belle needs Beauty and the Beast attached to make sense while Cinderella does not. None of these break the wheel. All four make the entries harder to search and a little awkward on screen, and fixing them in the Entries panel takes under a minute. The wheel redraws as each correction lands.

Aurora is labeled with the wrong film

Aurora is the princess in Sleeping Beauty. Maleficent is the villain of that film and the title of a later live-action movie told from the villain's side, in which Aurora also appears. So the label is not wrong exactly, just unexpected, since every other entry points at the animated film the character came from.

It is worth deciding which version the wheel means before sharing it. A group running a movie night will get a different evening from Sleeping Beauty than from Maleficent, and the entry as written points at the second one.

Two entries from the same movie change the odds

Elsa and Anna both come from Frozen, which gives that one film two of twelve slices. Every other film on the list gets one. A spin is twice as likely to send a movie night to Frozen as to any other title, which is fine if that is intended and quietly unfair if the point is to pick evenly across films.

There is also a definition question buried in the list. Elsa is a queen for most of her film, and Moana is a chief's daughter who says outright that she is not a princess. Neither is part of the official Disney Princess lineup as commonly described, and Anna sits in a similar gray area. The newest entry is Moana and the oldest is Snow White. Nothing from the last several years appears, and there are no entries from the wider Disney catalog outside the princess line. Merida is missing, which is notable given that Pocahontas and Tiana both made it.

That gives the wheel a clear shape. It is a classics-and-modern-hits list with a gap at the recent end, which suits a rewatch marathon well and suits a current-favorites poll less well. Adding entries is the fix, and the Entries panel accepts anything typed into it.
