By using SpinyWheel at https://spinywheel.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

1. What SpinyWheel is

SpinyWheel is a free random wheel spinner for entertainment, classroom, and everyday decision use. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and no paid plans. The site is provided as is and as available, and any part of it may change or be withdrawn without notice.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 to use SpinyWheel. Between 13 and the age of majority where you live, use the site with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.

Teachers, coaches, and organizers may use SpinyWheel with groups that include younger children, provided an adult is operating it.

3. Your wheel entries

Whatever you type into a wheel is yours. SpinyWheel claims no ownership of your entry lists and processes them only to draw the wheel and produce a result.

You are responsible for what you put on a wheel. Do not use SpinyWheel to create wheels containing:

• Content that is illegal where you are
• Threats, harassment, or content targeting a person or group with abuse
• Sexual content involving minors, in any form
• Third-party personal information you have no right to publish
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark

A wheel that names real people carries the same responsibility as posting those names anywhere else.

4. Sharing a wheel

A share link carries its wheel inside the URL. Anyone with the link can open it. Treat any shared wheel as public.

5. Randomness, and what it is not

Spins are generated in your browser using cryptographic randomness. That produces unbiased results, but it does not make SpinyWheel suitable for every purpose.

Weighting changes the odds on purpose. Entries can be weighted so that some come up more often than others. If someone hands you a wheel they built, the slices may not be equal. Weighting is a feature, not a defect, and a spin on a shared wheel is only as fair as whoever set it up.

Not for gambling. SpinyWheel handles no money, bets, stakes, or payouts, and must not be used to run gambling of any kind.

Not for consequential decisions. The site is for games, classrooms, giveaways, and choosing where to eat. Do not use it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions, or anywhere a wrong outcome causes real harm.

6. What you may not do

Do not scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site. Do not reverse engineer it, copy the code to build a competing spinner, remove or obscure the branding, interfere with its operation or security, or overload it with automated requests.

Embedding a wheel or linking to SpinyWheel from your own site, stream, or classroom material is fine and encouraged.

7. Ownership

The SpinyWheel name, logo, site design, code, and the ready-made wheel collections are protected by copyright and trademark law. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you.

Ready-made wheels reference real games, films, teams, and franchises for identification only. SpinyWheel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of them, and those names remain the property of their owners.

8. Advertising and third-party links

The site carries advertising, which is what keeps it free. Ads are served by third parties and their content is not reviewed or endorsed by SpinyWheel. Pages may also link to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for.

9. Privacy

Use of SpinyWheel is also covered by the Privacy Policy, which explains what is collected, what stays in your browser, and how cookies and advertising work.

10. No warranty

SpinyWheel is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will run without interruption or error, that any result it produces will suit your purpose, or that entry lists on ready-made wheels are accurate, complete, or current. Rosters change, games update, and lists go stale. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinyWheel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, including lost data, lost profits, or a dispute over a spin result.

Since SpinyWheel is free and charges nothing, total liability for any claim is limited to USD 100 or the minimum permitted by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold SpinyWheel harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the site, your wheel content, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension

Access may be restricted or blocked without notice where the site is being abused, attacked, automated against, or used to break these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute should first be raised by email so it can be resolved informally before formal proceedings begin.

15. Changes

These terms may be revised at any time, with the date at the top updated. Continuing to use SpinyWheel after a change means you accept the revised version.
