Replies usually go out within 2 business days. Bug reports get looked at first.
What to include
A one-line message like "the wheel is broken" takes several rounds of questions before anything can be fixed. These details get it solved in one:

Screenshots help more than descriptions for anything visual.
Reasons people write
Corrections. Rosters change, games add characters, teams relocate. If a wheel on SpinyWheel is out of date, tell us which one. These get fixed fast because a wrong entry list makes the whole page useless.
New wheels. If you spent time typing a list into the blank wheel and would use it again, someone else probably would too. Send the list and it may become a ready-made wheel.
Bugs. Anything that fails to load, spins wrong, or breaks on your phone.
Privacy requests. Questions about data, or a request under GDPR or CCPA. The Privacy page covers what is collected before you write.
Press and partnerships. Same address. Mention what you are working on in the subject line.
